When I arrived, my room was unclean, and I had to switch. The bathroom lacked hand soap and emitted a strange odor. Additionally, the noise from nearby music kept me awake until at least 3 a.m.

Cleanliness needs serious improvement!!! Unmade beds and funky odors are quite a letdown. Plus, if you’re looking to sleep before 3am, the nearby club scene is a nightmare!!!

It was just a short walk to both Tejas Park and Plaza San Martin, making it easy to enjoy some nice green space after days filled with exploring the city.

We could order extras whenever we wanted. The outdoor pool was a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, adding a nice touch to the stay. My room was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. However, the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent at times, which was a bit of a letdown. Otherwise, no major complaints!

Enjoyed a peaceful three-night stay with cozy evenings and friendly staff. The atmosphere was vibrant, especially during live music nights! For a great breakfast, check out the on-site cafe, where I savored delicious local pastries. Be prepared for some noise if you're a light sleeper.

The suite offered impressive amenities, including a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and access to streaming services. A spacious balcony provided a nice view but was unusable due to cooler weather. The staff excelled in their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay. However, the hotel's proximity to a nightclub resulted in significant noise disturbances during the early hours, which detracted from the otherwise enjoyable experience.
